Safely Filming During Covid-19 Pandemic

As the world combats the Covid-19 virus, we are using very stringent measures to insure everyone’s safety with regards to the spread of the virus. We are employing all CDC-recommended guidelines with respect to social distancing and gatherings of multiple people. In particular, here are the steps we are taking to maximize everyone’s safety.

  • Only one (1) person, the interviewer/cinematographer, will be present during the interview session.

  • The interviewer/cinematographer is required to wear a protective face mask, covering his or her mouth and nose at all times.

  • All cameras and lights will be at least six feet (6’) away from the participant at all times.

  • No wireless lavalier microphones or other equipment will be placed on the participant’s person.

  • Any shotgun or “boom” microphones within six feet (6’) of the participant will be disinfected prior to placement and use.
